About us
We built Write Me A Cover Letter because we were tired of generic templates that felt nothing like the companies we were applying to. Real cover letters read the room. Ours do too.
"The best cover letter isn't the most polished one. It's the one that sounds like you actually read the job description."
Our mission
Most AI writing tools treat cover letters like fill-in-the-blank exercises. We disagree. A cover letter is the first conversation you have with a potential employer. It should sound like you — just at your best.
We parse the job posting to extract actual linguistic signals: how formal they write, how technical they get, what they value. Then we write in that register — while keeping your voice at the center.
A letter written in the company's voice will outperform a grammatically perfect but generic one every time. We optimize for fit, not fluff.
We read the job posting, the company description, and the tone signals before generating a single word. Your cover letter should feel like it was written for this job — because it was.
A cover letter alone isn't enough. We give you the LinkedIn note, the follow-up, the thank-you, and the interview prep because the job search is a full campaign, not a single document.
We have deliberately avoided the "improve my resume" feature set. We do one thing — application bundles — and we do it exceptionally well.
The team
Former recruiters, engineers, and career coaches. We have been on both sides of the table — the one receiving applications and the one writing them.
